Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1 egg
  • 2 (1 ounce.) sqs. unsweetened chocolate, melted and cooled
  • 3/4 c. lowfat sour cream
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 c. sifted plain flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 c. minced nuts

Directions

  1. Cream butter and sugar till fluffy; beat in egg and vanilla. Stir in chocolate. Sift together dry ingredients; add in to chocolate mix alternately with lowfat sour cream. Mix well; stir in nuts. Drop from tsp., 2 inches apart on greased cookie sheet. Bake 10 min at 350 degrees. Remove from pan and cold. Frost with Mocha Frosting. Yield: 4 1/2 dozen.
