Ingredients

1 c. sugar
2 sqs. chocolate
1 c. flour
1 egg
1 c. buttermilk
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon vanilla
Butter size of walnut

Directions

Cream butter and sugar, add in egg (well beaten). Add in melted chocolate. Add in soda to buttermilk and mix alternately with flour. Add in vanilla. Bake at 350-400 degrees for 15 to 20 min.
Scoop out top of cupcake and fill with whipped cream or possibly frost with uncooked icing.
