Ingredients
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 sqs. chocolate
- 1 c. flour
- 1 egg
- 1 c. buttermilk
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- Butter size of walnut
Directions
- Cream butter and sugar, add in egg (well beaten). Add in melted chocolate. Add in soda to buttermilk and mix alternately with flour. Add in vanilla. Bake at 350-400 degrees for 15 to 20 min.
- Scoop out top of cupcake and fill with whipped cream or possibly frost with uncooked icing.
