  • 1 (9 ounce.) box Jiffy yellow cake mix
  • 1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding
  • 1 lg. Cold Whip (9 ounce.)
  • 1 pkg. cream cheese (8 ounce.)
  • 2 c. lowfat milk
  • #2 can crushed pineapple
  • Coconut

Directions

  1. Prepare cake mix as shown on package. Use 9 x 13 inch pan. Mix 2 c. lowfat milk, instant pudding and cream cheese in blender. Pour over layer of baked cake. Spread "liquid removed" pineapple over pudding last. Top with Cold Whip. Chill overnight. Top with coconut. Bake for 20 min. Other fruits can be substituted.
