Ingredients
- 1/2 c. butter
- 3 c. sugar
- 1 2/3 c. evaporated lowfat milk
- 4 squares unsweetened chocolate
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions
- Heat butter and chocolate in double boiler. Stir in sugar gradually making sure which sugar is moistened before adding more. Mix becomes thick and quite dry. Add in salt. Slowly stir in lowfat milk, a little at a time. Serve hot. Store in small jars and reheat in the jars before serving.
