  • 1 pound 4 ounce. crush pineapple
  • 2 (3 ounce.) lime gelatin
  • 1 (3 ounce.) pkg. lemon gelatin
  • 1/2 c. mini marshmallows
  • 1 (8 ounce.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 c. heavy cream, whipped
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 2 (3 ounce.) pkg. red Jello (any flavor)

Directions

  1. Drain pineapple, reserve 1 c. juice. Dissolve lime Jello in 2 c. boiling water; stir in 2 c. cool water. Pour into 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan; refrigeratetill partially set. Dissolve lemon Jello in one c. boiling water, add in marshmallows and stir over boiling water till dissolved. Remove from water. Add in reserved pineapple juice and cream cheese beat till well blended. Stir in pineapple cold slightly, mix in whipped cream and mayonnaise; refrigeratetill thickened. Pour over lime Jello; refrigeratetill almost set. Dissolve red Jello in 2 c. boiling water, stir in 2 c. cool water. Refrigeratetill syrupy. Pour over pineapple layer. Refrigeratetill hard. 24 servings.
  2. To unmold, dip pan in warm water about 10 seconds, place like size serving dish over top of pan and flip.
