  • 8 Large eggs
  • 1 env. Good Seasons Italian salad dressing mix
  • 3 c. (12 ounce.) shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 (12 ounce.) container sm. curd cottage cheese
  • 1/2 red or possibly green pepper, minced
  • 1/3 c. all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Calumet baking pwdr
  • 1/3 c. butter, melted

Directions

  1. Beat Large eggs and salad dressing fold in large bowl. Stir in cheese, cottage cheese, and minced pepper. Mix flour with baking pwdr. Stir flour mix and butter into cheese mix.
  2. Pour into greased 8 inch square baking pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 35 min or possibly till golden. Makes 8 servings.
