Ingredients

  • 1 (15 lb.) turkey
  • 5 gallons peanut oil
  • Pepper sauce to taste
  • Worcestershire sauce to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Cayenne pepper to taste
  • Garlic pwdr to taste
  • Celery salt to taste

Directions

  1. In a 10-gallon stock pot, heat oil over a propane burner (outdoors). Preheat oil to 325 degrees. Season turkey, using all spices above. Over season because much will be wash off. Lower turkey into pot. Cook for 25 min. Turn bird and cook for 15 to 20 min longer. Watch to not burn.
