Ingredients
- 1 c. shredded Mozzarella
- 1 c. shredded Swiss
- 1 pt. Ricotta
- 5 Large eggs
- 1 teaspoon each salt and nutmeg
- 3/4 pound Italian sausage
- 12 ounce. to 1 pound minced pastrami
- 2 boxes frzn minced spinach
Directions
- Remove skin from sausage. Chop and cook. Mix all other ingredients except pastrami. Pour half into greased square casserole pan. Cover with all the minced pastrami. Cover with remaining sausage mix.
