  1. Mix flour, sugar and nutmeg and cinnamon and sprinkle over apples. Pour into 8 inch square pan sprayed with cooking spray. Sprinkle with lemon juice.
  2. Mix diet butter with sugar and flour and sprinkle over apple mix. Bake in a brown paper bag for 1 hour at 425 degrees. Serve with a scoop of vanilla low-fat frzn yogurt.
