Ingredients

  • 1/4 c. Butter, softened
  • 2 c. Powdered sugar, sifted
  • 2 Tbsp. Lowfat milk
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla Food coloring

Directions

  1. Cream butter; gradually add in sugar, beating well. Add in lowfat milk and vanilla, mixing till smooth. Color if you like. NOTES This icing stays soft. Don't stack cookies.
