Directions

  1. Sweat onions in melted margarine.
  2. Add poultry seasoning and stir to combine.
  3. Add turkey stock and simmer 3 minutes. Take off heat and allow to cool.
  4. In a roasting pan combine to stock and onion mixture with the croutons and fold together.
  5. Place stuffing in well greased deep hotel pan and cook at 325 until internal temperature reaches 165.
