Ingredients

  • 10 lb Pork Butt
  • 5 lb Beef
  • 4 Tbsp. Morton's Tender Quick
  • 3 Tbsp. Black Pepper
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. Onion Pwdr
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. Granulated Garlic
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. Crushed Red Pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. MSG
  • 2 Tbsp. Whole Peppercorns
  • 2 Tbsp. Whole Mustard Seeds
  • 2 c. Natural spring water from the Fort Worth city water supply faucet

Directions

  1. Cut meat to fit grinder. Mix spices with the water. Grind meat and add in spiced water. Stuff into fiberous cases and smoke heavy. Aint ate none yet...in fact havent smoked it yet..but it sure smelling good so far.
