Ingredients

  • 2 3/4 tbsp. minute tapioca
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 c. boiling water
  • 1/2 c. nuts, minced
  • 1/2 c. raisins
  • 1/2 c. dates, minced
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions

  1. In heavy pan mix tapioca, sugar, and salt. Add in boiling water. Cook over medium heat till clear, stirring. Add in rest of ingredients. Cook 5 min. Add in vanilla. Cold slightly. Pour into dessert glasses. Serve cool with half and half. Serves 4-6.
