Ingredients
- 1 c. Vanilla wafer crumbs
- 1 tsp Baking pwdr
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 3 x Egg whites, stiffly beaten
- 1 c. Sugar
- 1 c. Minced dates
- 1/2 c. Minced pecans
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1 c. Cream, whipped
Directions
- Combine crumbs, baking pwdr and salt. Fold sugar into egg whites. Fold crumb mix, dates, nuts and vanilla into whites. Pour into greased 9-inch pie pan. Bake at 350 for 25-30 min. Serve with generous dollops of whipped cream.
