Ingredients

  • 4 x ripe bananas
  • 4 Tbsp. Chartreuse liquor
  • 3/4 c. heavy cream whipped
  • 4 Tbsp. minced strawberries ( fresh or possibly frzn )

Directions

  1. Slice bananas and soak in the liquor 10 min. Arrange in 4 serving glasses.
  2. Cover with the whipped cream and top with the strawberries..
  3. Serves 4.
