Danish Aebleskivers Recipe

Wonderful treats as a snack or breakfast or brunch bread.

Baked plain without any filling, these will be ready to turn as soon as sides/bottoms are golden brown.
Or fill with slightly sauteed diced apples in a little butter and cinnamon sugar.
Or add any other desired filling to center - here golden raisins.
After flipping over, the remaining batter flows to bottom and creates little spheres.
