3 c. Ketchup
1/4 c. Sugar
1/2 c. Tarragon Vinegar
1 med onion, chopped
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp. Chili pwdr
1 Tbsp. Cayenne
1 Tbsp. Garlic salt

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and cook over medium heat for 10 min. Stir frequently. Allow to cold down to room temperature. Brush the mix on the pork during the final phase of cooking; if using indirect heat, you may use it a mop.
