Ingredients

  • 1 pound hamburger
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 (15 ounce) cans tomato sauce
  • 20 canned refrigerator biscuits
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 c. grated Colby cheese

Directions

  1. Brown hamburger and onion. Add in tomato sauce, salt and pepper; simmer 15 min. Place biscuits in greased 9x13 inch pan. Spoon meat over biscuits. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 min. Reduce oven to 350 degrees. Sprinkle cheese over top and bake 10 min. Serves 10.
