Ingredients
- 1 pound cured grnd ham
- 1 pound fresh pork, grnd
- 2 Large eggs
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 2 c. soft bread crumbs
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
Directions
- Combine and mix well first 7 ingredients. Form into balls size of golf balls and refrigerate1 hour. Place ham balls in baking dish.
- Combine ingredients for sauce and heat through. Pour over ham balls, cover and bake. To brown, uncover for last hour.
