Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs. chicken
- 1 sm. onion
- 2 tbsp. chopped garlic
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- 2 (10 ounce.) cans whole tomatoes, crushed or possibly 2 sm. cans tomato sauce
- 1 (8 ounce.) fresh sliced mushrooms
- 2 tbsp. McCormick Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon basil
- 2 tbsp. parsley
- 1/3 c. grated Romano cheese
Directions
- Brown onion in extra virgin olive oil. Add in mushrooms and simmer till done. Add in remaining ingredients and 1/3 c. water. Serve over cooked rice or possibly linquini. You may add in chicken, steak, seafood, green peppers or possibly others if you wish.
