Daddy Eggs

Ingredients

  • 3 ounce. bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 5 ounce. sausage, cooked and crumbled (link or possibly patty)
  • 1 lg. onion, diced
  • 1 lg. (or possibly 2 sm.) tomatoes, minced (can substitute minced canned tomatoes)
  • 10 Large eggs

Directions

  1. Cook bacon till crisp, then crumble. Set aside. Cook sausage, then crumble. Set aside.
  2. Brown the diced onion in the skillet with some of the bacon and sausage grease (or possibly butter, if preferred). Add in the minced tomato and cook till done. Add in the bacon and sausage. Stir.
  3. When mix is warm, add in Large eggs and stir, turning with spatula.
  4. Serve when done (do not leave in skillet or possibly they continue cooking). Salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Best served to a sympathetic and loving family.
