Ingredients

  • 1 lb Round steak,cut into pcs
  • 1 med Size can V-8 vegetable Juice
  • 3 x Carrots,minced
  • 10 x Potatoes,peeled and minced
  • 1/2 head cabbage, minced Chili pwdr Salt Black Pepper Ketchup Water Few dashes of Worcestershire sauce

Directions

  1. Brown cut up pcs of meat.Season with chili pwdr,salt and black pepper.Add in minced vegetables and V - 8 vegetable juice. Add in ketchup and Worcestershire sauce to taste.Add in water as needed.Cook till vegetables are tender and meat is done.
