  • 2 pkg. frzn minced spinach, cooked and liquid removed
  • 2 cans artichoke hearts, mashed
  • 1 lg. square cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tbsp. grated onion
  • 1/2 stick butter, melted
  • 1 can sliced water chestnuts
  • 3 tbsp. lowfat sour cream


  1. Mix all of the above ingredients and place in baking dish. Cover with 1/2 stick melted butter and 1/2 bag of Pepperidge Farm stuffing. Bake till warm in 350 degree oven.
