Cyn's Spinach And Artichoke Casserole Recipe

Ingredients

2 pkg. frzn minced spinach, cooked and liquid removed 2 cans artichoke hearts, mashed 1 lg. square cream cheese, softened 1 tbsp. grated onion

1/2 stick butter, melted 1 can sliced water chestnuts 3 tbsp. lowfat sour cream

Directions

1. Mix all of the above ingredients and place in baking dish. Cover with 1/2 stick melted butter and 1/2 bag of Pepperidge Farm stuffing. Bake till warm in 350 degree oven.
