Ingredients
2 pound meat, cut in squares
1 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. minced onion
1 tbsp. curry pwdr
1 tbsp. flour
2 bouillon cubes, any kind
2 c. boiling water
1/4 c. catsup
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 c. diced celery
1/2 c. minced apple
Directions
Brown meat and onion with butter in skillet. Mix and add in curry and flour. Let bubble. Dissolve and add in bouillon in water. Add in catsup, salt, celery, and apple.
