  • 2 lg. pkg. lean stew meat
  • 2 lg. apples (peeled - cut into bite-size pcs)
  • 1 onion minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic pwdr
  • 1/2 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
  • 1 teaspoon curry pwdr
  • 1/4 teaspoon ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon cominos seed
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1/2 teaspoon grnd chilies
  • 2 beef bouillon cubes
  • 3 cardamom pods
  • 1 lg. can whole tomatoes
  • 1 lg. can "Veg-All" (frzn vegetables can be used)

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients (add in vegetables last 30 min) with stew meat and small amount of water, simmer 1 1/2 hrs.
  2. Prepare rice to serve 10 to 12.
  3. In individual small bowls, prepare following to be used as toppings for stew:
