Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Stir together turkey, soup and remaining ingredients except butter and bread crumbs. Cover and bake 1 1/2 hrs, stirring occasionally, till rice is cooked and warm and bubbly.
  2. In saucepan heat butter, stir in bread crumbs, set aside. When casserole is warm and bubbly, sprinkle with crumb mix and bake another 15 min, till golden.
