  • 1 (15 1/2 ounce.) can liquid removed salmon
  • 1/3 c. minced green onion
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon curry pwdr
  • 2 tbsp. butter
  • 1 c. lowfat sour cream
  • 4 c. warm cooked rice

Directions

  1. In a small saucepan saute/fry onions in butter. Add in curry pwdr. Stir in lowfat sour cream and gently mix in salmon. Heat thoroughly, but don't boil. Serve over warm cooked rice.
