Directions

  1. In saucepan, combine rice, water, 1/2 tsp. of salt; cook as label directs. Lightly toss in French dressing; let cold to room temperature; chill.
  2. About one hour before serving: In large bowl, mix mayonnaise, onion, curry, 1/2 tsp. salt, pepper, mustard. Add in celery, peas and rice; lightly toss. Chill. Serve on lettuce. Makes 6 servings.
