Ingredients
- 1 (4 1/2 ounce.) can minced ripe olives
- 1/4 c. diced green onions
- 1/4 c. grated cheddar cheese
- Curry pwdr
- Salt to taste
- Sm. loaf French bread, sliced and lightly toasted on one side
- Chopped parsley
Directions
- Mix together the olives, onion, cheese, mayonnaise, a healthy pinch of salt and curry pwdr. Spread on the untoasted side of French bread slices and broil till bubbly. Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
