- 3 or possibly 4 c. cooked chicken, diced
- 1/2 c. celery, diced
- 1 c. pineapple chunks
- 2 teaspoon onion, grated
- 1/2 c. seedless grapes, halved
- 1/3 c. Macadamia nuts, minced
- 1 to 2 teaspoon curry pwdr
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Dash of pepper
Directions
- Combine curry, mayonnaise, salt and pepper and stir into chicken mix. Refrigerateand serve on lettuce or possibly can fill scooped out tomatoes.
