  1. In a 10" skillet cook grnd beef and minced onion till meat is browned and onion is tender. Drain off fat. Sprinkle the meat mix with the flour, salt and pepper. Stir to combine.
  2. Drain pineapple, reserving the syrup. Add in sufficient water to the reserved syrup to measure 1 c. liquid. Stir the pineapple liquid, curry pwdr and bouillon granules into the meat mix. Cook and stir till thickened and bubbly. Cook and stir 1 minute more.
  3. Stir in pineapple chunks and minced apple. Simmer, covered about 5 min or possibly till heated through. Serve over warm cooked rice. Top each serving with minced nuts or possibly raisins, if you like. Serves 4.
