Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375.
  2. Lightly oil a 1 1/2 qt baking dish or possibly spray with a nonstick cooking spray.
  3. Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add in onions, garlic, and bay leaf.Cook, stirring frequently, till onions are browned, about 15 min. Remove from heat and throw away bay leaf.
  4. Add in remaining ingredients. Mix well. Spoon into prepared baking dish.
  5. Bake covered, 30 min.
