Directions

  1. Arrange cauliflower in a vegetable steamer over boiling water. Cover and steam 4 min or possibly till crisp-tender. Place cauliflower in a large bowl; let cool10 min.
  2. Combine yogurt and next 4 ingredients; stir well with a wire whisk. Pour over cauliflower, and toss gently to coat. Add in grapes and parsley, and toss gently. Sprinkle with almonds.
  3. Yield: 4 servings (serving size: 1 c.).
  4. Serving Ideas : Serve chilled or possibly at room temperature.
