Ingredients

  • Sift 3 cups of all purpose flour
  • Beat 4 egg whites until they foam and form stiff peaks, add the 4 yolks,
  • 1/2 cup of evaporated milk,
  • 1/2 cup of plain lowfat yogurt,
  • Then slowly mix in 4-6 cups of powdered sugar 1 cup at a time,
  • and slowly mix in 1/4 cup of evaporated milk,
