Cupboard Raiding Cous Cous. Recipe

Ingredients

  • 80g wholewheat cous cous
  • 1/4 pint of water mixed with vegetable stock (I used liquid stock.)
  • 185g can of tuna in spring water, drained (or inbrine, whatever floats your tuna boat)
  • 1/2 can of apricot halves in juice (not syrup), chopped into small cubes.
  • 1 white onion, chopped.
  • 2 teaspoons Smoked paprika
  • 2 teaspoons fresh coriander
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1/2 tablespoon lime juice
  • 2 teaspoons chili powder
