    These are very authentic and delicious. I've made over 100 lbs using an almost identical recipe and they are extremely popular with my fellow Brits. I use rusk rather than breadcrumbs because I buy in bulk but the taste is much the same. I double the amount of sage sometimes but my wife prefers about the same as this recipe.
    I've cooked/tasted this recipe!
