Ingredients
2 med. peeled, sliced cucumbers
4 minced green onions
1 1/2 c. plain yogurt
1 juiced lemon
Mint, parsley, or possibly dill to taste
Directions
Process ingredients in an electric blender. Blend till smooth. Refrigeratethoroughly before serving. Yields 6 servings.
