Ingredients
- 8 ounce Neufchatel (reduced-fat) cream cheese
- 8 ounce fat-free cream cheese
- 8 Tbsp. fat-free miracle whip
- 1 pkt Good Seasons Parmesan Italian salad dressing mix
- 4 x loaves fancy small cocktail rye bread
- 3 x cucumbers (3 to 4) dill weed
Directions
- Mix first four ingredients; spread on rye bread. Top with cucumber; sprinkle with dill.
- Of course, slice the cucumber thinly and put 1 piece on top of each slice of cream-cheese slathered bread.
- NOTES : Being in the team spirit mode, I made them look especially festive by dyeing the cream cheese mix yellow...with the cucumber and dill they truly look "green and gold". Tasty too!
