Ingredients
- 2 mild onions
- 2 lg. cucumbers
- Salt
- Water
- 1/2 c. tarragon vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- Pepper
- 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
Directions
- Peel onions and cucumbers. Slice wafer thin. Cover with salted ice water and let stand in refrigerator for several hrs. Drain and add in vinegar, sugar, lowfat sour cream, salt and pepper to taste.
