Cucumber Cream Cheese Sandwich Spread Recipe

Ingredients

2 (3 ounce.) Packages cream cheese, softened 2 med. cucumbers, peeled, grated 1 sm. onion, grated

2 tbsp. mayonnaise Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

1. Add in cucumbers and onion to cream cheese with just sufficient juice to make good spreading consistency. Stir in mayonnaise, add in salt and pepper.
