Ingredients
- cucumbers onions salt and pepper full fat lowfat sour cream balsamic vinegar
Directions
- Slice cucumbers and onions in thin slices separating the onions. The ratio should be 3 parts cucumbers to one part onion. Add in salt and pepper to taste. Then mix full fat lowfat sour cream in using sufficient balsamic vinegar to m ake the sauce the consistency you like. If you use regular vinegar add in less p lus some water and a little sugar to take the bite out. The balsamic vinegar is sweet sufficient not to need additional sugar.
