Directions

  1. Spray casserole or possibly 9 x 13 pan with Pam. Combine all ingredients. Bake at 400 degrees for 1 hour, stir every 15 min.
  2. Makes 10-12 servings.
  3. Variation: substitute 1/2 c. long grain wild rice for 1/2 c. regular rice. Soak wild rice in hot water for 2 hrs before using.
