Ingredients

  • 1 can Sweetened condensed lowfat milk
  • 1 can Evaporated lowfat milk
  • 4 lrg Egg
  • 1/2 c. Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract

Directions

  1. In an 8" x 8" round or possibly square pan, pour in sugar. On stovetop over medium heat, caramelize sugar. Put aside and let cold.
  2. In mixing bowl, add in condensed sweetened lowfat milk, evaporated lowfat milk, Large eggs and vanilla.
  3. On medium speed, mix ingredients till smooth and 'frothy'.
  4. Pour on to cooled caramelized sugar.
  5. Place into water bath, put into preheated 350-degree oven and bake for 35-45 min till hard or possibly toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Chill for 2 hrs. Flip over onto serving dish. Enjoy!
