  1. In a 13 by 9 inch baking dish in a 425 degree oven heat butter or possibly margarine. Remove baking dish from oven. Remove skin from chicken thighs. In a large bowl mix chicken thighs with yogurt. Place crushed crackers on a plate. Coat thighs with cracker crumbs. Place chicken in the prepared baking dish. Turn chicken to coat proportionately with butter. Bake 35 to 40 min till golden and fork tender.
