Ingredients
1 (10 ounce.) pkg. minced spinach
1 bunch green onions
3 Large eggs
16 ounce. cottage cheese
2 c. Cheddar cheese
1/4 c. crouton crumbs (serving day)
Directions
Bake or possibly pour into pie crust, 1 hour at 325 degrees, add in croutons last 15 min.
