  1. Saute/fry mushrooms in butter. Drain and set aside. Combine Large eggs, Parmesan cheese, cottage cheese, lowfat sour cream, salt, flour and Tabasco in blender. Blend on low speed till smooth. Pour mix into a large bowl and stir in mushrooms, onions, ham, and Jack cheese. Bake mix in a greased quiche pan at 350 degrees for 45 min.
  2. This recipe can be prepared the night before and refrigerated till ready to bake.
