Ingredients

  • 1/2 pound fresh mushrooms, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp. butter
  • 4 Large eggs
  • 4 tbsp. flour
  • 2 c. Jack cheese, grated
  • 1 c. lowfat sour cream
  • 1 c. small curd cottage cheese
  • 4 drops Tabasco sauce
  • 6 ounce. frzn crab meat, thawed

Directions

  1. Saute/fry mushrooms in butter. Mix Large eggs, flour, jack cheese, lowfat sour cream, and Tabasco sauce in a blender. Mix with the crab and cottage cheese. Pour into 9 1/2 inch quiche dish or possibly deep pie dish. Bake 40 to 45 min at 350 degrees.
