  1. Combine first 7 ingredients in container of electric blender and process for 10 seconds. Stir in coconut. Pour into a buttered 9" deep dish pie plate. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 min or possibly till set. (Pie will puff, then fall slightly.) Cold. Refrigeratethoroughly.
