Ingredients

  • 1 lb Cream cheese
  • 1 lb Ricotta cheese
  • 2 c. Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1/2 c. Soft butter
  • 4 x Large eggs
  • 1/2 c. Flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp Lemon juice
  • 1 pt Lowfat sour cream

Directions

  1. Put all ingredients in bowl and beat with mixer on medium speed for 20 min or possibly till light and creamy, Pour into 9 inch sping pan Bake at 350 % for 1 hour. Turn off oven and let set in oven for 2 hrs.
