Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. lemon Jello
  • 2 c. warm water
  • 1/2 c. crushed pineapple, liquid removed
  • 1 c. diced unpeeled red apple
  • 1/4 c. minced pecans

Directions

  1. Dissolve Jello in warm water. Refrigeratetill slightly thickened. Mix in crushed pineapple, apple and pecans. Pour into 6 individual molds. Refrigeratetill hard. Unmold on salad greens (lettuce) and serve with mayonnaise. 6 servings.
